At The Echo Foundation, Inc., we are committed to supporting Dobermans affected by Dilated Cardiomyopathy (DCM) and their families. This application form is intended for owners seeking assistance, resources, or participation in programs that align with our mission of advancing awareness, research, and early detection of DCM.
Eligible applicants include owners of Dobermans who have received a confirmed diagnosis of DCM from a licensed veterinarian or board-certified cardiologist. Please complete the form in full and attach all required medical documentation. Submissions will be reviewed by our team to confirm eligibility and determine next steps.
Review Timeline
The Echo Foundation, Inc. accepts patient applications on a rolling basis throughout the year. Each application is reviewed internally to ensure eligibility and alignment with our mission.
Applicants can expect to receive a response regarding their application within 2–4 weeks of submission. If additional documentation or clarification is needed, our team will reach out directly during the review process.
All approved patients must reapply annually to remain eligible for continued support. Assistance is determined based on availability of resources, medical need, and alignment with The Echo Foundation’s mission.
