At The Echo Foundation, Inc., we are committed to advancing scientific research and improving outcomes for dogs affected by Dilated Cardiomyopathy (DCM). This application form is intended for researchers seeking funding, partnership, or recognition for projects that align with our mission.

 

Eligible applicants may include veterinary cardiologists, academic researchers, and professionals conducting studies in genetics, diagnostics, treatments, or related areas of DCM. Please complete the form in full and attach all required supporting materials. Submissions will be reviewed internally, and applicants will be notified of next steps within the outlined review timeline.

REVIEW TIMELINE 

The Echo Foundation, Inc. accepts applications on a rolling basis throughout the year. Each submission is reviewed internally to ensure alignment with our mission and eligibility criteria.

 

Applicants can expect to receive a response regarding their application within 6–8 weeks of submission. If additional documentation or clarification is needed, our team will contact you directly during the review process.

 

Please note: All approved researchers must reapply each year to remain eligible and to receive continued funding or support. Funding awards are determined based on project merit, alignment with our mission, and budget availability. In some cases, applicants may receive partial funding rather than the full amount requested.

 

The Echo Foundation prioritizes research with the greatest potential to advance prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of Dilated Cardiomyopathy. Particular emphasis is placed on projects exploring gene therapy, early detection methods, and novel treatment strategies.
